Children's book author Liliana Tommasini joins us to talk about her journey from programmer to mom, and then cookbook reviewer to Nonna (grandmother). Becoming a grandmother gave this first time children's book author the inspiration and drive to independently publish her first children’s book.

Inspired by her grandchildren, Octavia Can Do It! was just released in both English and French and is available on Amazon.

Liliana is a wife, mother of two grown daughters, Nonna (Grandmother) of two (soon to be three) grandchildren and pet mom to her dog, Maya.  She loves to play games, read stories, and bake with her grandchildren. She is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and is lives just outside of Montreal, Quebec.
